Kenny’s Annual Hat and Coat Picture

Every year we take a picture of Emma in a wedding dress and a swimsuit that were worn by two of her great-grandmothers. For Kenny we will be doing the same with two different hats that were his great-grandfathers and we are also including his grandfathers Army jacket.

The first hat was his Great-Grandfather¬†Howard’s¬†(Tammy’s maternal grandfather).

He didn’t really like to wear the hats, but the main point of this picture is that you can see Kenny’s tummy. Who besides me wants to just give it a little poke?

Here is a little better look of the hat on a little boy that can now crawl away even when we ask him nicely to sit still for a picture.

Great-Grandfather Kenny (Dana’s paternal grandfather) owned this hat.

Here he is trying to get away again.

It took some persistence, but we finally got Kenny to wear Grandpa Swany’s Army jacket. Grandpa Swany was drafted during the Viet Nam war, but spent most of his time in Lawton, OK at Fort Sill.
