After church we headed to grandma and grandpa’s house in Red Wing. With some unseasonably warmer weather you both enjoyed more great snowboarding. This time dad groomed a path with grandpa’s snowmobile.
This is one way to get back up the hill.
We enjoyed the day off at Christie Mountain with your schools “ski day”.
You started with some snowboarding lessons and finished the day tubing with your friends.
With such a warm winter day in Wisconsin it was the perfect day for you guys to try out your new snowboards from Christmas. Grandpa and Grandma Fish really have the ideal land for it at their house in Red Wing. You both really seemed to get the hang of it quickly.
Kenny – You got pretty tired out after a couple runs but as a kid with mild cerebral palsy you were AMAZING! We are so proud of your hard work and determination.
You might have fallen asleep if we stayed much longer!
Here is a video we posted on You-Tube from the day.
Today was such an exciting day for Emma; she got first place all-around at the Stevens Point Gymnastic Meet! We are so proud of all her hard work and dedication even though she was sick. If you would like to see the awesome video Dana put together of her doing the different events you can check it out here.
Emma’s life is GYMNASTICS! This year Emma’s gymnastic team isn’t competing and instead focusing on new skills instead of routines. Although Emma misses competing this year it has been amazing all the new things she has learned. These pictures are from her teams “mock meet” or “muscle meet” where they did mostly level 4 skills.
Here you can watch Emma’s Floor Routine.
Emma’s gymnastics put on a little exhibition to show off some of the skills that they had learned over the year.
