Man, two days later and now it is Father’s Day. I am so blessed.
The day did start with a little adventure to Urgent Care after Emma fell against bench and got a nice cut right between her eyes.
I say it often, but I really am a lucky dad. I was able to spend a wonderful day with my daughter at the Nature Valley Grand Prix. We watched both the men and women as they rode up the longest hill of the race. We then drove back into town to watch the finish of the women’s race.
In the yellow jersey was Olympic Gold Medalist Kristin Armstrong. You can see her right arm is bandaged from a fall on a previous stage.
Tammy’s parents have some great neighbors and they own a tractor. They brought it over for a little tractor riding session.
Stillwater Minnesota is home of a beautiful and unique park called Teddy Bear Park. Lots of opportunity for fun.
Another end of the school year. The kids once again joined me for lunch and did some coloring on my whiteboard.
It was a hot day in Minnesota. A great day to go to a Como Park look at the animals and ride a ride.

Our friends from China are spending the summer in the States. We had really hoped that they could live in our hometown and though that didn’t work out, they now are just an hour away. Tammy and Emma spent the day with Abby and then the rest of the family.
